Aston is owned and run by Debra Martin and Donato Latronico.

Debra is a qualified solicitor with 10 years experience of advising on Landlord and Tenant matters and property transactions generally.

Donato has over 20 years experience of Company management and customer relations.

Professionalism and excellent customer service are, therefore, our main objectives.

As Tenants themselves in the past and Landlords now, Debra and Donato are aware of the needs of both parties, the challenges to be overcome and the pitfalls to be avoided.

Aston's aim is to provide a high quality, bespoke service, tailored to clients' individual requirements, at a fair and competitive price.

Due to Debra's legal background, we do, of course, provide in-house legal advice as part of the service and keep our Landlord clients, in particular, up-to-date on the legal requirements involved in letting property.

We can also assist with regaining possession of a property for Landlords who are unfortunate enough to already have problematic Tenants. In this way, we aim to provide a "one stop shop" for the local residential lettings market.
